1. How does the wall printer work?: The machine employs five drop-on-demand inkjet heads (CMYK + White) and automatically glides along the wall on a laser-guided, wheeled platform—ensuring accurate, seamless printing results. “Due to printer head mechanics, wall corners require return margins: min 6 cm left, 10 cm right, and ~25 cm from floor and ceiling. This ensures print quality and hardware safety.”
2. Which surfaces can be printed on?: Compatible substrates include plaster, brick, wood, metal, tile, glass, stone, concrete, and more—virtually any clean, solid wall surface is printable.
3. How long does it take to print?: A standard 3 × 3 m wall typically takes 2–3 hours to complete. Setup is fast, and prints are delivered ready-to-view.
4. Are the prints durable?: Yes. The UV-cured prints are instantly scratch- and abrasion-resistant, with indoor colourfastness guaranteed for at least 6 years and outdoor performance around 2 years.

7. What file types do you accept for wall art designs?: We support high-resolution artwork in JPEG, PDF, TIFF, and PNG (with size or color limitations). Vector files (PDF, EPS) are preferred for sharp scaling.
8. Can the printer handle rough or uneven wall surfaces, like brick or textured plaster?: Yes. The built-in laser-guided sensors adjust the printhead automatically to maintain a consistent distance from the wall—making high-detail prints on brick, wood, concrete, metal, and even fabric textures possible.
